A Letter From The GHHA President

Dear Grove Hill Residents:

Well it looks like spring has finally arrived.  I know I am sure glad that winter and all the wet and cold weather is finally gone.  The pools will open on the 15th of April.  The Association has purchased five new umbrellas for each pool.  If you are at the pool and the weather becomes stormy please help us prevent the umbrellas from being damaged by closing them.  Also it is important that the pool gates not be propped open with rocks or chairs. Leaving the doors open allows Non-Grove Hill residents access to our pools.

As you all know the Board of Directors has started the Auburn Police Departments Neighborhood Watch program in Grove Hill.  For it to become successful we need your help.  If you see something suspicious please report it to the police immediately by calling 501-3100 and pushing 1 on your touchtone phone.  If there are any residents interested in becoming an area captain in the Neighborhood Watch program, please let Barbara know. Area captains will receive important information for the residents of Grove Hill from the police by email.

Hope everyone has a safe and fun summer.

Best Regards,

Tripp Barnes
President, Grove Hill Homeowners’ Association

Pool Opens April 15th

Take a break from your taxes and come swim!   Both pools open April 15th.

To help with crowd control, please keep the pool gates closed. The back pool has a new gate that should help cut down on non-homeowner usage.  Each resident will need to bring their key to gain entry to the pools.  Please do not open the gates for those without a key so that we can limit pool usage to residents in good standing and their guest.  Please become familiar with the pool rules, so that the pools will be a friendly and safe environment for all to enjoy.  As a Grove Hill resident, remember this is your pool and any help enforcing the rules is greatly appreciated.  We look forward to another safe & fun summer!
