Dear Grove Hill Residents:

After careful consideration, the Board of Directors of the Grove Hill Homeowners’ Association has voted to increase the annual dues to, $350.00 for 2010.  The annual dues have not been increased since 2006 and with rising costs for the association in consumable goods and services, the Board of Directors finds it necessary to increase the dues in order to maintain a reasonable budget for expenses.

Please note to save money on paper and postage, the homeowner’s dues statements will be emailed to residents this year on December 1, 2009.  Payment is due January 1, 2010.
