A Letter From The GHHA President

Dear Grove Hill Residents:

The Grove Hill Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to address some issues of concern.  As you know, there are several common areas in Grove Hill for residents to use (swimming pools, playground and fishing lakes).  Please treat these areas and the residents living around them with respect.  Remember to properly dispose of all trash when using these areas.

There have also been several complaints about barking dogs disturbing residents at night.  Please remember that the covenants state that no pet shall be allowed to make an unreasonable amount of noise or become a nuisance.
Please remember as you travel throughout the neighborhood to observe the posted speed limits. The speed limits are 30MPH on the major roads and 25MPH on all side streets.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact Property Manager, Barbara Arington or any of the Grove Hill Board of Directors.

Best Regards,

Tripp Barnes
President, Grove Hill Homeowners Association
